If you purchase land through this process, we charge a 5% success fee based on the final purchase price of the property. The $5,998 retainer is credited toward that amount, and only the remaining balance is due at closing.

For instance, if you buy land for $200,000, the 5% success fee is $10,000. Since you already paid $5,998 as your retainer, the balance due at closing would be $4,002.
